Post partum mama cloth

posted 16th Dec
Have you used it? Pros and cons? Is it really that much more comfortable than disposable pads? I cloth diaper. I use a menstrual cup. I always swore I'd draw the line at mama cloth, but it's beginning to sound more and more appealing. Any advice?

ETA- what kind do you recommend?

(Cue 10 bitches who have nothing to say other than "OMG THAT'S SO GROSS.")

I have no input, as I haven't used one. But   at the last line

I use mama cloth and used postpartum clothes well. I find the disposable pads awful. They make me crap more, bleed more, and make me get like a diaper rash or something.

Is it a lot bulkier than disposables? My main concern is that I'm worried it'll feel like I'm wearing a diaper.

Mama cloth are reusable cloth pads. It's like cloth diapering, but for your vagina.

I'm not help because I've never tried them, but I want to if I get off BC and start getting a period again.

Omg that made me laugh. I couldn't imagine having an ice pack on my crotch, I think the cold would hurt more than the after birth pain. But I hate cold.
