empty arms

Some of you know my story for those who don't on December 4th my daughter who was almost 2 months old passed away from SIDS. I can't sleep at night because I have nightmares of giving her cpr and holding her after the doctors declared her dead. I hate not cuddling with her or carrying her around or changing poopy diapers..... I don't know how to feel ok or normal anymore my entire world came crashing down around me and I can't seem to pick up the pieces. My heart is completely broken.

Im so sorry honey. I dont think anyone expects you to be prefectly fine already, its going to take some time. I will be praying for you, love you honey.

I am so sorry for your loss is there any support groups around your area that you could be around/speak with other moms that have gone threw this.

I'm so sorry for your loss I too have a daughter that passed away at the age of 2 years old from septic optic dysplaysia its a disorder she was born with. There it's been almost 4 years since she passed & it still hits me really hard. I'd like to say the pain goes away but that would be a lie. However I can tell you that it does get better sweetie! If you ever need someone to talk to message me. And again I'm so sorry & I hope you can find some peace of mind dear!

for some people , opening up and sharing with others who have experienced the same tradgedy can help w/the healing process. My heart aches for your family but i cant even to begin to imagine your pain. I am sending hugs and prayers for peace your way.

Actually I went to empty arms in my area after my miscarriage and we not only cried together but we laughed togehter too. It makes you feel more normal and lets you know you aren't the only one going through this. I found it really helpful with the healing process. I would recommend at least giving it a chance when you are ready.
