All of my children were born naturally. I used the birthing ball, breathing techniques, counter pressure, and pacing/swaying to get through my contractions. My Husband was my "doula", and he was amazing! He was my only support person and I can't stress enough how important it is to have someone there with you who knows what you want to encourage you along the way during the whole process.

I had an epidural and it went great. No problems what so ever. Only thing I felt was pressure during contractions and when I needed to push.
