I'm pretty effing proud of myself right now! I never thought I would be able to do it and it is THE hardest thing I have done in my life up until now which is part of what is keeping me motivated... I DO NOT EVER want to go through what I have been through over the course of the past six days again!

You should keep a thread updated with tips for others! It might make you even more determined as well, with people keeping tabs on you haha.

I thought about it... I browsed the Smoking Support thread the other day, but what I read just made me want to smoke   It has been an uphill battle to say the least. I have been an emotional wreck for the past week, but I think I made it through the worst of it *keeps fingers crossed*

I've been cigarette free for close to two years now and I still struggle to not pick one up. It's seriously a huge mind over matter thing and it can be sooo mentally challenging - good luck, you can do it!!!
