Lol I feel like the same thing would happen to me. B is only 16 months and she pretty much gets along with everyone she's met.

to me it depends on the person.
After I left my daughters father I ended up dating someone almost a year later, we dated for 6 months and I kept him completely separate from my daughter.
because of that though he got used to childless me. as soon as we started talking more seriously he couldnt handle the idea of being in a relationship with a child involved. waste. of. tiime.
with my now SO they met after a few weeks and I have no regrets.

and my BD wasnt involved when I started dating so no I didnt tell him.

Aww yea   He is really good with DD & she likes him too. He has a younger brother who is 5 & he is really good with him too.

I actually have a date soon.
The guy briefly met Kenzie last Thursday, he gave me a ride home because my friend was supposed to but had a couple drinks so he offered.
Then my friend wanted to come in and say hi to my mom and Kenz was still awake, so oops.  

Also, Idk if I'm going to tell BD right away. Knowing him, he'll do everything in his power to make this guy hate me and he will try to make my life a living hell.

Meh, you don't need to tell him smurf. Guys are always overly dramatic about smurf too lol. I told my bd I was talking to a dude and he got all butt hurt trying to act like I was "replacing" him as a father to Lily. Like uhh no, you aren't even a father to begin with lol.

Ugh right!? Lol. He emotionally cheated on me for over a year and when I found out we broke up. I've been single for months and just started talking to someone else and he flipped out.

I tried to reply to your announcement but I couldn't. DO NOT GET BACK WITH HIM. He is trying to manipulate you. Scott does the same thing because he wants to have control over everything I do. What I tell Scott when he makes me feel guilty, is that maybe in a few months/years/whatever we can try again. Because I (and you might be too) might be ready to try again then once you have some space.

My ex was trying to get back with me and has had a gf since before my lo was born. yes MY lo...he recently said he wants nothing to do with her so if/when I start dating again I'm not telling him because last time I mentioned that I was "thinking" of dating he tried that whole well I was thinking about getting back together thing...yeah screw that.
I was just thinking about the whole when to introduce guys problem been single over a year now eventually I need to get back out there don't want to be single forever.
