Birth control!

I do not want any sort of birth control that messes with my hormones.

So, what are my options and what your experiences with these options(if you have any?)

Cervical Cap
Diaphragm
Spermacide
Natural Family Planning

I'm considering...But because I just gave birth and I'm pumping my breastmilk, I don't trust that my cycles will be perfect and...I'm not trying to get pregnant for at least another year. BUT...Condoms always give me yeast infections. :/
