Please help me authenticate again ;)

Hey I just bidded on this and won but now that I'm looking more into it there's things that are not adding up. Its stamped with SA means it was made in Italy but the tag says made in France? It looks like it says "france" instead of "France," is that just me? I don't think the real LV would have the tag not be capitalized....

I just checked and it does say "france" but the tag inside says SA and from the research I've been doing SA is Italy shouldn't the tag outside say made in Italy as well?

again, DO NOT BUY LV BAGS FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN DEPARTMENT STORES OR THE LOUIS VUITTON STORE. 90% of the time they are FAKE.

a real speedy, especially a "vintage", would not even have a starting bid for as low as $170 lol.
