Are you putting a pillow between your knees? That could help a little. I always had a pillow between my knees and then a stuffed animal or another pillow under my arm. It helps. And the exercise ball is AMAZING when it comes to comfort. I unfortunately didn't have one but sat on one for a little while one day and I NEVER wanted to get off it lol. I was uncomfortable my ENTIRE pregnancy and thought I popped my hip out at one point. So now that your hips are floating it helps keep them in line where they are supposed to be and makes it easier to sit
