When did you?

Start preparing for baby? With DS I had everything done, folded, washed, and put away by 28 weeks. I'm about to be 28 weeks with my second and I haven't done smurf. She has no nursery, no bedding, no crib. She has all her clothes, but no dresser to put them in. I can't find the motivation! I feel like I'm running out of time, even though I still have 12 weeks.

i did it at 36 weeks.....i guess any time before than and i was scared of jinxing it...i had one preemie, i didnt want another. we are 38 weeks now and all prepared and very excited..!

With DS (he was my first) everything was done by 20-something weeks. With DD 3 days before I had her, lol. I just couldn't find the motivation either. And actually, she is 5 weeks today and there is still stuff that needs to be done in her room.

My feelings exactly. I need motivation! blah!

I started getting everything done around 36 weeks. I was a very lazy pregnant woman towards the end lol

with DD everything was done around 7months including the hospital bag but with DS i packed my bag while in labor and his things were not sorted until after he was born, we just got stuff as we needed it (we had just moved house)

Around like 36 weeks I had EVERYTHING done except for her name on the wall. Literally 2 days before my induction we got it up there lol

But we got ALL our baby items like the pack 'n play, swing, bouncy seats, etc. all out at like 7 months.

we have a swing, pay n play, carseat and all that good stuff left over from DS (he's only 18 mo) so we are set there. It's mostly organization and furniture like a crib and dresser. I have started buying diapers and such.. but idk i'm just being lazy.

I have 11 weeks left and I have bought clothes here and there, I am having another girl so I have a lot of blankets and stuff from my daughter. My family is throwing me a baby shower end of January first of February sometime but all I have right now is her crib which was my daughters and I just bought a crib set this week. The big things I need to buy still is a swing, bassinet and dresser. With my first I had her room all set up and clothes washed and hung up around 8 months so this time I am slacking. I told myself I'd buy a pack of diapers or wipes with each check a long time ago and I have yet to buy one of either or haha. But I am sure I'll throw it all together at the last minute since I'm a last minute type of person lol

25 weeks Monday and I have squat lol not even a onesie.

Everything was finished at 35 weeks.

Well 22 weeks! lol i am just soo excited that i couldn't wait..plus all the good buys i saw, score ^^ ahhhhh soo excited(It's my first)

I was just like you with my first! nothing wrong with that. It's normal and exciting! Congrats on your little girl
