I'm pretty sure her doctor would suggest it if it was safer.

Not all doctors know what they're doing, I've seen examples of that here on bg plenty of times. I'm just trying to tell OP what my friends were told. They have actually been through it.

I see a team of 5 drs. and met with her surgeon.

they said i didnt need one.

Well good luck with everything. I was just trying to tell you my experience with it. I was with my 1 friend through everything and it was a scared situation.

No advice, but I wish the absolute best for you and lo! Hope everything goes perfectly.

I was induced at 41 weeks and I wasn't even 2 cm. I was only induced due to being so swollen and his heart rate going up. It took a total of 10 1/2 hours and I was able to do it without an epi. It wasn't easy by any means, but you can do it. Good luck! I'm 39 weeks now and DYING to have this one out. I could have made it to 42 weeks easily with my first. I'm having so many complications with this one and I want it to be over.
