Anyone have any good pork chop recipes?

I had no intentions of making supper tonight because my husband is an over the road truck driver and was supposed to leave tonight but just got a call that he won't be leaving until early in the morning. Since he is getting one more night home I thought I would make him a nice dinner. I have some pork chops in the freezer and thought that would be good. Prob make mashed potatoes, white gravy & corn or green beans with it as sides. But I've drawn a blank at how I want to do the pork chops. I usually just use some shake n bake but I don't have any right now. So anyone have a good recipes for pork chops that you are willing to share? thanks a million

I usually cook mine on the george forman grill..or bake (broil) them in the oven. Season them really good and in the oven they go.

Ehhh my mom always dipped the chops in a beaten egg, and crushed ritz crackers and breaded them with that....but me, i stuff the pork chops with stuffing too, then bread them with the egg n crackers....the ritz gives it a yummy buttery flaver  

I fry mine Yum thats what were having for dinner or i put them on the george forman. I just dip in egss and mix flour and itilian bread crumbs together and put them in the oil.
