he goes to jail.
he doesnt work.
he doesn't watch your daughter.
he doesn't go to bed until 7am.

Yet you're saying he would never hurt her? he hurt you didn't he?

Wait... I saw your other post.... your SO hits you and you are scared for your life, but OH NO WAY HE WONT HURT OUR CHILD!!! You are an IDIOT and I feel bad for your child. I hope your child IS taken away, because obviously you only care about the dick you get from your SO and not the actual well being of your child.

This is what I was talking about ....It just sounds like something made up "the baby-sitter did it"

She's being wishy washy, like she wants advice, but she doesn't want advice. In the back of her mind she knows this could partially be her fault based on what she's turned a blind eye to, she's just not willing to 100% accept it yet. At least that's what I'm getting by her behavior.

1) BD watches our daughter while I'm at school. 2) the only reason she was with the babysitter was because BD and I had to go help one of his friends get out of a ditch and fix his car at 9 at night and it was freezing and we didn't have much gas so we couldn't let the car run so we would have heat. It was way to cold and late for her to be out. 3) I left her with BD's mom because when I went to pick BD's friend up it was almost midnight, it was to cold and she was already asleep so I wasn't going to wake her up.



I've already told CPS everything that I posted here and there doing the investigation.

I would have let him walk he was obviously stupid & irresponsible and got himself into jail. I would not leave my daughter at midnight with someone or somewhere where I had previously said I did not feel was safe!

OH WOW!!!!!I had no idea about this last post she made. Well maybe the baby is where she belongs --out of harms way---. You cant leave your baby with a drunk or someone who beats the smurf outta you and expect nothing to happen.

He's 26 and shes 18... just how long have you been together? What does a guy in his mid 20's want to do with a teenager?

1. why are his friends in ditches at 9am? And why is he calling people who have infants to come and pick him up? Why did you insist on taking your daughter to someone's house to go with your baby daddy to pull him out of a ditch for whatever reason he got in it....when you could've stayed home with your baby? And what does your heat have anything to do with anything? You constantly add in odd and irrelevant information to your stories.
2.Why are you picking up criminals from jail with your baby daddy, to bring them home to the unsuitable home you have your daughter in, and why did you insist on going with him when you could've stayed home with your daughter...again?
