lol True story!!

you need to find a hobby for a few days. try sewing a quilt   it will help pass the time. tho if your hurting your stiches maybe off but don't worry about that. lol. im just full of ideas.

it helps with back pain and back labor as well as labor but I am not sure if it will actually help the scoliosis or not. you could always try and see   I hope things get easier for you! good luck!
