maybe this is just another scarry moment. Were things are bad but in the end they turn out good. Maybe im just an optomistic thinker tho.   It keeps me sane. Don't get me wrong things can go wrong, but doesn't mean they have yet. So getting your body healthy increases your chances.

I feel okay about this but there are moments that I just break down. I need to stay positive though and remember everything happens for a reason.

Kinda sucks that they didn't do an ultrasound to see if they can see a gestational sack.
I'd take the antibiotics stay off your feet as much as you can, and see how things go. Schedule an appointment with your OB to have follow up blood work and an ultrasound done.

ETA: How late is your period? As in, how far along would you be if you are carrying a viable pregnancy?

I wanted one. He said because my blood work came back so low that he couldn't do one. Something to do with insurance or some crap.

But I already have an appointment with the ER for Sunday to get them checked again. I couldn't get into the doc office for another 2 weeks so he told me to come back.

ETA: I first calculated my period wrong when I first started testing. But it was around November 11th. I might be a day or two off, wasn't really writing everything down. So I'm about 2-4 days late on my period (I don't have a regular cycle). But I also could have ovulated a lot later than I thought, making me around 3ish weeks, explaining the faint positive and negative tests.

Reread the OP and still can't figure it out because my two year old keeps taking flying leaps at me.  
If you're under 6 weeks LMP, this very well might turn out alright.
