This breaks my heart. I was upset before they realized the total amount, and they thought there were only 3 wounded. Poor Babies. I'm praying for their parents.
I lived there two years ago. You have to be a really sick and twisted individual to be able to do something like this. My heart goes out to all those killed and their families. =[
