So about a week ago I got what I thought was my period. It was really light, and only lasted a day and a half. Then it just disappeared. I thought nothing of it. But then last night I started spotting lighty again but it was gone by this morning. I'm so confused what could this mean!? Thanks.
could me implantation, could mean hormones are off, could mean stress, could mean puppies, could mean a great many things. I frequently start and stop spotting during my cycles.

Haha I better not be pregnant! I am on the mirena but I do know I can still get pregnant. But it took me awhile to with my last. We had sex sunday though, the spotting started before sunday and then stopped. But came back again last night. I'm confused because this has never happened

obviously
but honestly the SAME thing happened to me. the "period" came about 5 days earlier than regular periods, though theyve been all off schedule since I gave birth. But I still have a BFN, until I can test after work in...10 minutes

It could just be the Mirena. Sometimes the hormones in it can make your cycles wonky. You could have a very light period, then spotting, then no period... It can take awhile for your body to adjust.

I've been back on the pill for over a year now too and I am still irregular sometimes, went for 2 months without a period, went and bought a pregnancy test and when I got home, my period came!!! LOL
