PP Period.

How long did yours last? Mines been going for at least 3 weeks now! Starting to REALLY get me down as it's REALLY heavy all the time!  


EDIT- I meant my first period after giving birth/c-section. not pp bleeding  
my pp bleeding stopped at 3ish weeks. I'm now 11weeks pp!. x

I am assuming you are talking about your PP bleeding and not your period.
It isnt your period until after it is 6 weeks.

My PP bleeding lasted 8 weeks.

ETA: I am wrong. Periods can be irregular after having a baby are you on any form of BC? Those can really mess with periods.

Mine lasted about 2 weeks

no, my pp bleeding stopped at 3 weeks.
now, 3 weeks ago it's been my period. i'm 11 weeks pp.

my periods before baby were always on time, they lasted 4 days. and that's it.
i went on BC (the pill, it's always been perfect for me) at 7 weeks pp. and a few days after I started taking it the period started.
and it's been never ending since, not slowing or anything, it's awful! lol.

Mine lasted 6-7 weeks when my first was born.

Yes. It was the most miserable month in a half of my life. I was 4 months PP when I had my first period.

omg how awfull. I hope mine don't last that long, I was thinking of going to my docter and seeing if he recommends anything but I'm not sure he will,

My PP bleeding after I had DD last 5-6 weeks. I went in at 6 weeks PP for him to check everything and everything was normal. I breastfed until 4 months. That's when I had my first period. I called my OB when I was bleeding for about 3 weeks. He said it was normal and okay. I called again once I was bleeding for 6 weeks. I went in and he checked out my lady parts and such. He said everything was normal. I spotted for the next week. It was awful.

Also, my periods went back to normal after that first long period (every 28 days exactly and would bleed for 4-5 days).

aw! thank you, that's what i'm worried about, really don't want them last this long every time! Hopefully they go back to normal too after this massive one! lol. xx

was yours constante thin blood flow? I've woken up this morning (after changing the pad once in the middle of the night already) COVERED in blood. the bed got some on, my bed clothes are covered   This can't be normal? I feel awful!. x

It would be heavy for a few days then light. It was a constant flow but fluctuated from heavy to light every few days.
