Induced at 38 weeks.

Soo I'm having the membrane sweep on the 27th, I'll be 38 weeks then a week later if that doesn't work I'm getting admitted to go for al the other stuff like the fluids and that.
Can't wait to meet my little man!!

Anyone else been induced this early?

I've been getting a hell of a lot of pain, like to the point I can't walk. Also it's for mental health reasons.

Well the pain is normal its part of being pregnant. But ahh I see..

I know the pains expected and that  
But because of my anxiety I am not used to not being in control, and the fact I have nothing set in place is making my anxiety worse. So they've agreed to let me have that date so I feel like I have that little bit more control and so that I can put my medication back up to it's original dosage as soon as possible.

just to to let you know the pain is 100% normal.. with this last pregnancy they put me on meds because the pregnancy didnt do well with my mental health. but i pushed for 41 weeks and i did fine. i hope you a easy labor.

Nah, I've never been induced that early. I did go into labor on my own at 38 weeks though. Good luck with everything.

I went into labor naturally at 38 weeks! All was good, good luck mama

So you'll be 39 weeks when you're induced? I was at that when I got induced with my oldest. Granted not everyone is the same but mine went perfectly and only 9 hours.

yep 38 weeks for preeclampsia. My son was 7lbs 15.3oz (he peed before they weighted him) lol
