kinda both.
I never even told my family about the pregnancy till after, and I have only told my mom. and that miscarriage was so fast, and so much easier and I was 11 weeks. This one I am only 6 1/2 weeks, and its SO hard! We have been trying for a baby this time and were SO excited!

well if you feel bad maybe mention it and pretty much explain that you had no connection with the child so it was easier to deal with. you dont have to do more then you feel you should.
