To have a baby shower?
like, within the last two weeks before Christmas, would you plan a baby shower?
Or would your thought process be that people are busy gifting family/friends for that holiday and they're less likely to put as much thoughts (& $$$) into a baby shower gift.

Or, would you not think that.

I think it's a bad time simply because you still have 4 months after Christmas, and yes, people are spending their money on Christmas gifts. That's just my thought, though.

Mid-late January, or even February when people have their tax returns, is much better.

I wouldn't. People are spending their money on their families and it might be difficult to "shell out" a bit more for an extra person not on their list. My first shower was the 2nd week of January and it turned out really well!!

I say bad time. Holidays entail a bunch of events normally, and adding to the stress just isn't a good idea lol
