would you be pissed?

If your DH/SO called you at 800 and said that he was leaving work in 15 minutes (meaning he would be home in 30) well an hour goes by, you call him twice and he does not answer. You call him 30 minutes later and he answers and says "The guys at work wanted to go to a Christmas party so I came.".. "Can I just have the night to hang with the guys?"

DS was waiting for him to come home and everything...

I am pretty mad.. I feel like he put me on the spot and didnt even bother to ask nor consider anyone else.

Should I be pissed at him? How would you feel?

I'd be upset that he didn't let me know earlier, so I wasn't waiting around for him.

I would be pissed that he didn't call me first. I don't like to worry for no reason and that would cause me worry.

I'd be upset but life is to short to be mad.

I wouldn't be pissed at him for going, but I would be super pissed that he didn't even tell me he was going.

I would also be pissed that he didn't check to see if we had anything going on. other than that, no.

I'd be pissed that he didn't tell he that before he went. He wants a night out fine but to make me worry smurf no.

Yes, I would. I have zero problems with him going out, but let me know in advance, jesus  

DH does this a lot. First time I wouldnt be mad. But the third fourth and so on would piss me off.

There is no such thing as spur of the moment... its called picking up your phone and calling me.

I agree with everyone else. He should have let you know.

As soon as they guys said "Hey lets have a Christmas party" he should of called you and said "I'm going to stay for a little bit" not ignore calls and wait to call you much later. You needlessly worried about him and that is just ridiculous.
