So tonight the inside of my left foot is killing me. I have broken a ankle but that was like 5th grade so I don't really remember the pain. But I read it can happen from jumping down from a high distance. Which I do that a few times a weekend getting off of my horses. But DH and I were messing around and he grabbed my foot an twisted a little bit(not being mean) and then tonight I rolled it and it hurts pretty bad to walk/move it. I don't want to be a wuss but I have a pretty high pain tolerance and sitting right now it is like a irritating throb. Do you ladies think it is worth going in? I can not be down for 6-8 weeks with DD and my horses.

I would elevate and ice it tonight. If it's not better tomorrow, make an appointment. Good luck

I have this has been and on going thing but I have just brushed it all off as nothing it started like two weeks ago an now it won't go away 

I'd go in just to double check and make sure nothing is broken, but even if it's just a sprain, you've gotta try and stay off of it and keep it elevated and alternate icing it for 20 minutes and then no ice for 20 minutes. You keep re-injuring it even by walking around on it.
