Congrats!  

We told close friends/family members at 6 weeks after I got my positive test. They weren't supposed to say anything until Christmas (at 9 weeks) but they all blabbed so everyone knew by 7 weeks lol

haha, I hope for the best..my family doesn't care that I've been with DH for 8 years (married for almost 2) my cousin is jealous because I'm having a girl and I'm married and can have a normal life and she can't...she chooses to be bitter that she's chosen the life she has and has to deal with it...

if we do TTC again, I'm waiting until 13 weeks. That was the plan this time around at least. I know it's SO exciting and you want to shout it out, but I'd be too scared before that. It's really what YOU feel comfortable with though, Stef.

I'm 13 weeks and 2 days and haven't said anything on FB yet.
I just got my Christmas cards that have our announcement on it so I'm waiting to send them out and will probably upload them to FB on Monday, so almost 14 weeks. I'm exctied and can't wait!

I have a good friend who designs cards and my sister is a photographer and did the pics.
It's been so hard not to say anything on FB but I thought this would be a fun way to tell people.

Well worth it!

I waited until after my second u/s. To make sure that the baby had grown and it still had a beating heart. So I say do it after you get your next u/s   Like you said, there is really no safe point in pregnancy. If you want to share your joy with your friends, do it. It is best to celebrate and enjoy this miracle as long as you can. Hopefully you get around 40 weeks of joy though
