Janelle failed two drug tests on probation so instead of 45 days in jail they were going to give her 14 days, but she had to go between two certain dates and one of the dates she would've been in jail she had tickets to a Ke$ha concert so she told her lawyer on national television that she can't go to jail and serve the lesser sentence because she absolutely HAS to see Ke$ha...
