If he's lying about that what else is he lying about? Guys sometimes don't change, they just get sneakier. And if he wouldn't come home if you asked him to, that's pretty smurffy as well.

Honey, guys don't lie to the woman they love for a friend they like. He is cheating on you. IF he really isn't, which I doubt, but if he isn't, he is still choosing her over you. He is lying to you about her, and choosing to continue lying to you so he can be with her. Guys don't do that for a girl they just like. They do it for sex or love.
