menstrual like cramping..

Im 23 weeks pregnant, and for the past few days (about three) I have been getting what feels like to me menstrual cramping. Like the dull achy feeling in your ovaries when you are about to start your period. They are occasionally accompanied by bh contractions. I've looked online, and the only thing I find is round ligament pains, but based off the round ligament pains that I am accustomed to getting, this feels nothing like that. Baby is still very active, and im not bleeding or anything out of the usual. Im just worried, seeing as im a first time mommy, and don't know if this is considered "normal". I don't want to run to l&d over every little thing, unless necessary, so any feed back would be very helpful. Thanks (:

have u tried pooping? i know intestinal cramps can feel like menstrual cramps

Yes, at the beginning of my pregnancy I way constantly constipated, but now I poop once or twice a day.

i also had that and they told me it was the round legiment pain but i still dont think its normal either!
