30DS?

I'm wanting to lose like 25 pounds. I have seen a lot of good things about the thirty day shred and I have tried doing it so many times but I just stop after about a week. But I was just wondering some of your results so I know if it's worth to really keep going on?

i got to day 24 of 30 day shred and only lost 10 lbs... I have alot to loose so I was disapointed... then with beach body (insanity) I lost 30lbs in a 60 day period. it was worth it

Is beachbody like insanity? Or is it insanity? Ive been doing zumba for awhile and have lost 20 lbs and would like to try something different. I have 35 lbs to lose...

You're not going to see a lot of weight loss with 30DS.

I probably try Insanity then. My boyfriend's sister keeps telling me I should try it too.

beachbody is a ton of workout videos one is insanity... I have done instanity... which SUCKS... its seriously so freaking hard but worth every second


and then I just started turbo fire... which is so fun, and also hard. but they are great programs.

I'll see if they have the videos on youtube, Because I deff know I don't have the money to get the videos right now. lol It's just so hard for me to stick to something. But this time I'm going to take pictures of what I look like so that everytime I get on here then I will be like disgusted and want to lose weight more lol.

I lost 20 pounds with 30 Day Shred and eating clean. Keep going with it, and definitely eat better if you are not already.
