PP bleeding?

If you're anemic, would your PP bleeding be worse?

The first few days were cake, it was lighter than my normal periods. I was all excited thinking I'd be done bleeding super quick. Now it's like someone murdered my vag.   I just put two and two together, and realized that I had been taking iron pills those first few days. I stopped them a few days after getting home (I can barely remember to brush my teeth, lol).. could this be why my bleeding is so heavy/clotty now?

although this hospital stay is doing a nice job of it.
