Laser tag? No people get crazy and in the dark could tackel you. Bowling? Hell yah just dont strain yourself!

laser tag...could get crazy with people running around in the dark. Bowling...i have read thats its great if you bowl all the time before pregnant but it could put strain on you or baby if you dont bowl a lot. if you do go i would advise useing a small ball

Haven't tried laser tag, but that sounds like it could get risky cause it's dark and people get a little nuts.
I've tried bowling and I ended up hurting my back cause I strained myself too much so I wouldn't recommend it.

Apparently my mom became really good at bowling while pregnant with me. Her belly gave her the balance she needed apparently lol

Like others said, with laser tag I would worry about being run into/pushed over. It's never happened to me before, but I wouldn't want to take that chance, KWIM?

Unless you're on bedrest or have severe lifting limits, I see absolutely no reason to avoid bowling. I even went 9 months pregnant.

I went bowling when I was pregnant with my daughter.

I bowled a week before my due date and many times throughout my pregnancy.
I never done laser tag so idk. lol
