Wisdom teeth.

I need my wisdom teeth taken out, but it is crooked so I need to go under general anesthesia, they can't just do it with a local.
So if I get a BFP (AF is due this weekend and that would be about 14 days after O, BFN yesterday) I can't do it right? Or would they just post pone it until later in pregnancy?
I really don't want to have this pain, but I don't want to jeopardize anything.

You can still get them taken care of I'm pretty sure.

I am wondering the same thing. I go in on Wednesday for mine and I will be out for it. I have been told though, that it is perfectly ok, and you are actually supposed to keep up on dental work during pregnancy, because it can get worse. I will be watching though to see what everyone else says

I know when I was pregnant with DD I got a cavity filled, so I know local is OK, I am hoping for my BFP but this pain just started so it is terrible that I want AF to come if I can't have it done while pregnant.

I read varying things online, so it looks like it depends on the surgeon.
I read it is fine, I read past 8 weeks and I read past 12 weeks. I really want to get it done over christmas break.

You should really discuss this with the dentist/oral surgeon who will be doing the procedure. Call them up and ask them. Say something like "I suspect I may be pregnant, is this still advisable?"

I am going Wednesday not matter what, it will be too early to even test at that point for me. If I am pregnant I just hope it doesn't hurt anything. It is already paid for in full so I can't back out.
