Egg salad

My LO really likes it but he usually only has it when he visits his grandparents. I never make it because I don't think I can compete with hers lol.

Do you make egg salad? How do you make it, what do you mix in it?

I just use hard boiled eggs, a lil mayo, and diced celery in mine. I also put pepper in mine but not my kids.

For like and egg salad sandwich? I just use hard boiled egg, miracle whip (I hate mayo!) and a little itty bit of mustard. Smash it all up together.

I hard boil some eggs, then kind of chunk them up a bit with a fork. In a separate bowl I mix dijon mustard, some mayo, a little paprika, and some salt and pepper. Mix that in with the eggs and voila.

Boil the eggs. Chop them up, add some Mayo, a little mustard, and smash it up. Then I add some dill pickle relish, salt and pepper.

I had some for lunch. I usually just put mayo, mustard, sweet relish, and the eggs of course. If I have it, I put celery and onion too.
