Help please

OK, so it's been awhile since I've needed baby items or baby related things. I feel lost and it's kind of humorous because I have 3 kids but my youngest will be 3 in March. So, what do I need really, like before he gets here? Which will be in April.

SIL is giving me the following:
Crib and Mattress
2 Dr. Brown bottles (new nipples MIL bought for those and those are staying at MIL)
Travel System
Car Seat & base ( I thought about getting another one but meh what's the harm in using a 2nd hand one)
Clothes (sizes range from 6 month-12 months *most of what she is giving me is still new with tags)
Jumper

I know I need:
Bouncer
Swing
Crib set (sheets, dust ruffle *not really a need but it makes the bed look cute*, breathable bumper)
bottles (How many to be safe?)
NB clothes (How many outfits or onsies should get me threw *let's say first month*)
Clothes 0-6 months
Socks
Blankets (including receiving)

Things like high chair could wait because I mean he won't use it till like 6 months maybe. So, what else do I need for him for the first 3/4 months? Also, how soon should I start buying or putting items on layway? I know I want most of everything done and together before my youngest DD b'day in March (16th to be exact) or at least by April (2nd week).

I also know I am NOT having a shower may just do a sparkle/welcome home type deal (I already told my best friend that).

Thanks. Completely forgot about baby tub and burp cloths.

I would buy a brand new carseat and base unless you know for certain the second hand one has not been in an accident or expired.
Also, what about bibs, baby bath supplies such as wash and lotion.

It hasn't been in an accident (I know that for sure). Also, it's only a yr old unless there's another way I can see if it's expired.

Oh if it's only a year old then it's not expired so I would still use it then. Mine is brand new and the expiration date is on the back of the infant carrier. They last like 5-6 years from the manufacturing date.
