Yep!! I paint my sons nails and toenails whenever he asks and if he wanted a girl backpack or anything like that I'd let him know he's not wasting my money and changing his mind in a week but if it's really what he wants he can have it.
Of course I'd let him wear the shoes, if he wanted them. It's not okay that girls are okay to wear boy things, but it's wrong for boys to like girl things...
