Actually, you can just marinade the chicken for at least 20 minutes in the dressing, pour everything into a baking dish, bake on 350 for 45 minutes and there's your chicken.

I'm not sure what to do with the noodles. Do you have mashed potatoes and a vegetable? That's what I usually serve with it.

Do you have italian bread crumbs? I made really yummy chicken strips the other night when italian dressing & those bread crumbs  

I love Italian grilled chicken, so that's what I would do with that. I'd probably make pasta as a side as well as something green...broccoli green beans asparagus whatever.
