Legally, it IS. Her parents cannot make her get an abortion if she doesn't want it.

If you really don't want an abortion, your parents cannot force you. Have you thought about an open adoption?

She's 13. I own my kid and her body until she's at least 18. Just like my mom owned mine.

I had my son when I was 22 and it was still hard for me.
Age has nothing to do with how "good or bad" a parent is-_-
It's how responsible they are. This isn't like playing with a doll. A baby is really hard.

I know I'd get too attached I'm already so attached as it is

With open adoption I wouldn't get to see him or her everyday and it would still be like I gave him or her up either way its just quicker this way I don't want either options I want to parent but my parents don't agree with it

What the smurf, you do not own your child. You own PROPERTY. Since when are children property?

Legally they can't force her. I'm sure they can refuse to help her with supporting the baby but the doctor won't do it if she says her parents are forcing her and she doesn't want to do it.

You won't be able to fully parent at 13. Be realistic, hun. You can't get a job. You legally have to attend to school. Your PARENTS would be the ones taking care of the child the majority of the time, and that isn't fair to them.

You can't parent. This has already been explained to you.

Age is a HUGE factor. especially if you aren't even old enough to work...have a driver's license..

How would you support the baby? You can't work or drive. You need to think about the pros and cons of each option

I really dont know what to say. But if you dont want an abortion I understand that , but if your parents choose not to support your or your child finically then cps will get involved because you are not legally 18. And cannot sign the release papers at hospital or anything. So if I was you I'd think long and hard about what your going to do. And think about open adoption.
