Intermittent fasting

Has anyone tried this intermittennt fasting before?
Supposedly its very successful for losing body fat.

I'm wondering now that i've read the article too! I'm about half temped to try! Especially come new year when I start going to the gym.

Yeah I've done that. It works pretty good. I have gotten very dizzy though because I was 'detoxing' chemicals from my body.

If you think about it in terms of our ancestors they fasted quite often and regularly went without eating certain foods for months at a time.

Only recently do people eat all these foods ALL the time.

Do think not eating for 24 hours twice a week would make you like.. feel better in a way? I'm not really sure how you would put what i'm trying to say but maybe make you feel not as weighed down? But i'm curious about the not getting dizzy part because I've went through days where i havent eaten and toward the end i get nauseous and super dizzy. I don't know I guess the only way to know is to try.

Honsestly I feel better sometimes whene I dont eat. I dont get bloated and my stomach doesnt hurt which those two things I have problems with after I eat.
Im planning on fasting from 5pm to 1pm the next day and my eating period will be from 1pm-5pm

and I'll work out in the morning right after I wake up and while still being in the fasted state.

I get what you are saying. I feel that way too after I eat and I absolutely hate it. I feel like i'm being dragged down and then I don't feel like doing anything but sitting on my ass haha. So I really think I may try this and see how it works out. I think it's due-able, plus I like that I can eat regularly on a non fasting day. Other diets make you count you calories and eat low carb smurf and all this nonsense that's just a drag and within a week i'm ready to quit because its too much of a pain in the ass. Plus I can't stand just eating salads haha.
