Which body fat shape would you LIKE to look like? If you also want to share what your current body fat shape is, then you can comment.
As for me, I am at a 35% currently, I want to get back down to a 25%, maybe the 20-22%.

I'd be happy with the 35%

30% looks the same as 25% lol. I'm good with either one

I'd be happy with 15-17% but I'm 25-30% (in the middle of the two)

Edit- I read the numbers all wrong lol. I actually like the 30% and I'm prob the 40%

I am the 30%, and I like it so I plan on staying this way.
