Debating putting 5 yr old to bed early...

He's fine. I can handle my kid. But, he's just getting over a bad cold he had for about 5 days. And this evening he is having a really hard time.
We made ginger bread cookie dough, everything was fine. We've been having lots of yummy healthy snacks.
Then out of no where he says, I don't want my party. I have enough toys and I want to donate everything. So I asked him if he was kidding or being a bratley and he says I'm a brat. o.O I call them my little Bratleys in a loving fashion when they are being a handful.

And then they bring me a gingeral. So I tell him and his little brother they can share one, I pour half in a cup and give it to him (5 yr old) half to his little brother in the can itself. And then DS goes and throws his cup in the sink scream/growling because he was frustrated. Came out here and started throwing stuff around the living room. I put him in time out for 5 minutes and he's okay now. I did not give him more soda, I told him we would try again tomorrow. :/

I'm thinking he needs to rest and finish getting over this cold..

I know... Almost pajama time.  

My 3 1/2 yr old is getting over a cold and I've been putting her to bed early for past few nights and making her rest a few times during the day.
