Need help!!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive but nothing yet. I wanted to wait doing the more harsh fertility treatment injections and see If there were anything that helped you ladies out? I've read that gnc sells a few items one that is suppose to help regulate your hormones an d promote ovulation, and a pull for men to improve motility. Has anyone tried any of these? Or know anything that helps? I've been tracking my ovulation
