Help me!

My boyfriend is Mexican, so try to suggest something you can eat with tortillas because he uses them with EVERY meal....and I never want to watch him eat a baked potato with tortillas again.

I am looking for a casserole recipe really. I am headed to the store so my options are very open. I'm kind of craving something with chicken, I was thinking King Ranch Chicken Casserole which has tortillas in it. What is easy to prepare/bake that I can make tonight?

You guys eat tortillas at every meal?

Hell no I don't. HE does. I seriously made baked potatoes and salsbury steak with broccoli and he used tortillas. Green bean casserole, tortillas. Everything. It's horrible.

It really is, and I told him it's really unnecessary and kindof nasty and he got mad at me haha. I use them for a lot of things too, but not loaded baked potatoes.

Enchiladas, wet burritos, mexican lasagna, enchilada casserole......

I make a rustic lasagna. Its gtound beef with enchilda sauce, bell peppers layed over corn tortillas then the top layer is salsa and cheese. serve with beans. sour cream and cilantro.
