I wouldnt use sauce that had been opened in the fridge that long.

I put mayo on mine after it's cooked. Makes it taste really yummy.

Ketchup stays good in the fridge long after it's been opened, I would imagine spaghetti sauce would be about the same. If it tastes bad you can always toss it after you cook it. I'd probably use it though.

Did you know you can put a layer of mayo on the sandwich instead of butter to grill it? Its good
