Ugh...just steam burned my finger while cooking...

Was roasting my free range garlic, italian herb chicken, and went to butter it again, and what do you know...steam burned my finger...bah!!! still smells delicious though, but now I feel my heartbeat in my finger...owwww lol what's everyone cookin' for dinner?

I'm making stuffed peppers tonight because I've never had them before

A herb crusted, seared beef roast with carrots and home made scalloped potatoes.

Hubby requested chili dogs.......... Fine by me, lol means easy clean-up! Tomorrow I'm making lasagna, I'm more excited about tomorrows dinner than tonight's.

I'll know when I get home   I get off late tonight so SO's cooking dinner !
