Kids dont really ever lie about that stuff especially at such a young age. Call the cops or cps and let them investigate. I wouldnt try and figure it out myself.

I have already called the cops and CPS on him before, and they havent done a thing! He and his wife made my girls sleep without their panies and only their nightgowns because they said they "stink" and the CPS said they couldnt do a thing unless they had already been messed with.

I worked at a preschool and we had a kid who said his momma and poppa beat him and he had a bunch of bruises. So we had to report it to CPS. Not sure of the result of what happened though

I'd be investigating the hell out of it and call a lawyer/cops/cps. ASAP!!!

I wouldn't be sending them over there anymore. Call CPS again if this is something new since the last time you called.

The "pole" thing is very concerning 

I would try to draw him out and see what else he can tell you about it.

I would also call the pedi and get their opinion

I really hope nothing is going on  

I would definitely call the cops and never let my kids go anywhere near those people again.

From the sound of it, your son has been 'messed with'. It doesn't matter if they didn't do anything before. Be persistent. Seriously.
