Thanks for all of your advice, yes I didnt want to leave it up for to long it is personal. I also contacted CPS and they told me my son is only 4 and that what he had said is to "vague" for them to know if he did/or did not have something going on. They told me they would put in a report but there is really nothing they can do. I have to go to court in front of judge and let her determine what to do. obviously CPS is a freaking joke around here, and they cant do anything unless something actually happens and the children are damaged first. Great for my kids let them be ruined and than we can get help.....

If you take him to he doctor an have him examined, a doctor will be able to tell from physical evidence whether he is being abused or not. Then once you get a report from his doctor, call them with that proof if there is any.

You need to have him seen by a medical professional

If abuse can be confirmed, CPS should be able to act.
