First you need to have him looked at by a Dr, they will know if he has been penetrated. Maybe his butt hurts because it isn't getting wiped good enough?

This. You are the only advocate for your child and I would do everything in my power to make sure whatever was happening stopped. Keep calling make them investigate more. Dont let your kids fall under the radar.

I had to send my kids back I would of been in contempt of court I am doing everything I can to try and protect them, we have an attorney a big battle going on right now. The judge doesnt seem to care what I or anybody else has to say and continues to make us send the kids.

uhm....you take them to the hospital and have a doctor, the police, and a psychologist determine if there's been abuse. Why are you just sitting on this?

you need to have your child examined for abuse asap

Then take the charge. Have your kids go to your parents or something. It's your absolute first priority to keep them safe.

i highly doubt they would make your kids go back after allegations of sexual abuse. i would risk being in contempt before i EVER let my kids go back there.

I would call CPS, call the cops, call and demand they listen to me.

That doesn't sound right. I've never heard of any court being that non chalant (sp?) about possible abuse of a child.
