red spots on 3 months head

my 3 month old just woke up from his nap and i just realized he has these red spots on his head. My older son had cradle cap really bad when he was a baby and it didnt look like this. Any body have any idea what it could be

Looks almost like allergies of some sort. My son gets spots like that on his face :/

its only on his head and we dont have any animals so it cant be fleas

You can have fleas even without animals. We had them in our apartment in our carpet before I ever had any pets. They came in on our clothing (according to google at the time lol)

we havent been around animals at all nobody i know besides my exs mom has pets and they havent seen them in over 3 weeks so im pretty sure its not that. it wasnt their this morning either so i dont know what the hell it good be
