Pregnant again!

Sorry for posting this but i have noone to talk to because chris and I are keeping it a secret.
Okay so after feeling absolutly nauseated for about the second week now i took a test and it was positive.I tested this morning - i have to learn to trust my judgement-i had a feeling-The doc had me in thisafternoon to have an examand then book an ultrasound for tomorrow am. He says i might have a misscarriage if they take my iud out. He said it probubly shifted because i lost weight.. im nervous..we also are NOT ready for one-we meaning me because i finally got my ppd under control and my fiance says it might make me go off the deep end. Has this happened to anyone? did it work out?

you hve an iud in? i always said if i got pregon my iud i would get it taken out and if i m/c it would be for the best, and if not it was meant to happen. good luck, i hope everything is ok. update pls.
