What could this be?

My daughter is texting with me and saying she's super dizzy, she has nausea (pretty common for her), and her heart is beating weird. She says about every couple of beats, one is harder or something and she's more aware of it?

I'm stuck at work.. think this is something I need to take her to the doc for?

How old is she? Sounds like what happens to me. Im hypoglycemic. Could be her sugar is too high/low

Her blood pressure has been super high as well. Last doc appt, it was at 149/86.   She's been tested for diabetes I think already.

She's almost 18.

Sounds like how i feel when my sugar is low, or right before i get an awful migraine.

  My mom is hypoglycemic, my sugar has dropped a couple times during this pregnancy and this is what it was like, I also have those symptoms when i'm having a panic attack.

Has she had her thyroid checked? Sounds like some episodes I would have when I was hyperthyroid, I'm hypo now.

She sounds ok for now but I would definitely make an appointment.

I'm like this all the time, I'm hypoglycemic. It happens if I don't have anything sugary or anything at all to eat for a while.

Dehydration, anemia..she's young but those can be signs of heart attack.
I'd take her in just to be on the safe side.

Mine kicked in when i was 16, at school of all places. I had ate a donut and drank a dr enuf and had a bad crash. My heart was racing, blurred vision, and sick to my stomach.
Im not a "diabetic" but hypoglycemic. I think the only difference is that hypoglycemia occurs infrequently unlike diabetes being an everyday thing.

Only thing that fixes mine is juice and pnut butter. Could have her try that and see if it helps her

I know...   I was just reading that online. She just went to the doc the other day with bladder pain. We thought UTI, but she tested negative. They didnt do any other tests though

Tell her to eat some protein. If she eats sugary stuff and it is her sugar it's likely she'll crash again... This is what o.b. told me.

No, she never freaks out about anything. Never had any sort of episode with her heart or anything before.
