OP it looks like EWCM which is usually present during ovulation, the spot of blood could be ovulaton bleeding as well.. When was your last AF?

Could be late ovulation. I get EWCM for a day a few days before AF too. I don't think it's implantation bleeding.

If you had AF 3.5 weeks ago and had sex 3 weeks ago, chances are you weren't ovulating. Ovulation usually occurs 2 weeks after your first day of your period, If you have a 28 day cycle.. I have a 33 day cycle and ovulate 18-19 days after the first day of my period. Hope this helped a bit. :-)
