Stupid Americans and their date format

It's more logical to go from smaller increments to larger; days, months, years. Therefore it's 12/12/12, not 12/12/12, you daffy smurfs!

That would throw me off so often when I was living overseas, lol

  It's such a pain in the changing countries because of that. It'd always throw me off after being in/out of the US for a while.

But months only go up to 12 and days can go up to 31!!! lol, I just wish everyone were on the same page and the US didn't need to try to be different  

Its so confusing. Here we go day-month-year ... However at work I have to configure routers and servers that are American and I always akways gorget. Technology doesn't like it when you out in a date it doesn't recognize

My husband is in the military and we spent 4 years overseas so its natural for me to go by day/month/year. I get confused otherwise.

The US military gets it right. I still often write dates that way after being in the Army

I'd love to have a 12/12/12 party. Too bad it's not a weekend.
Fortunately, doomsday (the current one) is on a Friday, so I'm having a big party.

I'm confused about that ... when its the 21st here its the 20th in the US ... so is the world going to end on the 21st or the 22nd? I would hate to celebrate early.

I'm buying lots of food and booze for the 21st. I hope we have until midnight or more.
I think polar reversal will be really cool. Others are hoping for the zombie apocalypse.
